Settings → Integrations is the control panel for every external connection: WhatsApp Business, Gmail/SMTP, Razorpay, and calendar sync.

Connect one
Click Connect next to the service, paste the credentials it asks for, and save. A green "Connected" badge confirms it worked.

Check the status anytime
If a customer stops receiving messages, this page is the first place to check — a disconnected integration shows a red warning.
