Set up an Automation Rule (auto-reply to new leads)

Steps

1. 01

   Open Automation Rules

   Left nav → Automation Rules → + Create rule.

   Automation Rules → Create rule
2. 02

   Pick a trigger

   e.g. "When a new lead is created" or "When lead status changes to Contacted".

3. 03

   Pick an action

   Send WhatsApp / Send email / Assign to agent / Add tag / Create task. Multiple actions can chain.

4. 04

   Choose your template

   For WhatsApp: pick an approved template. For email: pick or write copy.

5. 05

   Enable and save

   Toggle enabled → Save. Fires immediately on the next matching event.
